The owner of this website does not offer placement or "locating" of vending equipment to the BUYER nor accepts any money from the BUYER for placement or "locating" of the BUYER'S vending equipment but will upon request, recommend an independant contractor that will, for a fee, obtain permission from businesses for the BUYER to locate his/her vending equipment. Upon purchase defined in these Terms and BUYER'S request for a Locating Company referral, the SELLER will immediately complete an electronic referral to the Locating Company that obligates the BUYER to the Terms and conditions set forth by the Locating Company. A copy of those Terms and Bill of Sale will be forwarded to the BUYER by the referred Locating Company forthwith. Prices quoted on this website that include the added cost of the Locating Company are offered only as total cost information to the buyer.

The owner of this website is a for profit business and is not affilliated with any charity. Vendingmachinerouteforsale.com provides a list of suggested charity sponsors for the BUYER's vending equipment only. All agreements with charitable organizations are by and between the buyers of vending equipment and the charity they wish to sponsor.

At the time of this writing the owner of this website is in full compliance with all regulations in the State of New York, County of Onondaga and assumes to be in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations throughout the United States, in regards to the items for sale contained on this website. Product Warranty and Purchase Terms

Purchase Terms and Agreement

Agreement to the terms contained herein and the website Terms of Use is contingent upon any of the following actions by the BUYER: telephone order that includes purchase price, purchase deposit, submission of any agreement to purchase the equipment electronically, email, US Postal Service or delivery service, in which BUYERS signature is not required, the BUYER and SELLER agree to all of the following:

1. BUYER has given permission to the SELLER to process / deposit the BUYER'S payment, deposit and or balance of all monies due contained in the attached Vending Order Receipt, via Western Union, SELLER'S Credit Card Merchant Account and or checking account without BUYER'S written signature.

2. SELLER will replace any acrylic vending unit, without cost to the BUYER, which is determined to be defective or damaged within 30 days of delivery. Triple and Single Head Bulk Vending Machines carry a limited 1 year manufacturers warranty for coin mechanisms and a limited 1 year manufacturer's warranty, which covers all other defects,

3. BUYER is purchasing vending equipment only from SELLER.

4. The SELLER is not offering for sale to the BUYER, any of the following: locations for the BUYER's vending equipment, a business, business opportunity, income opportunity, franchise, franchise opportunity or opportunity of any kind. BUYER agrees that the SELLER has made no guarantees of income performance of any individual vending unit, vending machine, vending location or BUYERS vending purchase as a whole and agrees that the SELLER is in no way responsible for the financial performance of the BUYERS vending units, vending machines, vending locations or vending purchase as a whole or any other occurrences of the BUYER'S purchase and furthermore BUYER will not hold or attempt to hold SELLER responsible for any occurrences financial or otherwise experienced by the BUYER.

5. Upon BUYERS request, SELLER will forward BUYERS request to an independent Location Company for the service of obtaining permission for the BUYER to place his/hers vending equipment in local businesses. Once this request is forwarded to the locating company electronically, the BUYER is liable for the costs of that locating service and a Bill of Sale with the Terms and Guarantee of the Location Company will be forwarded to the BUYER.

6. BUYER agrees that his purchase of the vending machines and or vending units from the SELLER is in no way associated with his/her purchase from the referred Location Company and that any and all disputes with the referred Location Company will be settled by and between the BUYER and the referred Location Company only. BUYER agrees to not hold the SELLER liable in any way for any disputes with the referred Location Company.

7. Upon any deposit offered to the SELLER by the BUYER, the BUYER agrees to pay all balances due in the Vending Order and Receipt and all monies due to the referred Location Company. BUYER understands that upon purchase order/deposit offered to the SELLER, the SELLER incurs irreplaceable processing costs associated with the BUYERS order and the purchase price/deposit is non-refundable.

8. BUYER agrees that once his/her vending machines / vending units have been shipped from the factory, said vending machines / units then become used and unavailable for resale to any other persons and therefore the purchase price and/or deposit for said vending machines / units is non-refundable. SELLER will refuse the return / delivery of any vending machines / units that are not being returned as defective and will not be responsible or held responsible in any way, by any persons for any vending machines / units attempted to be returned to the SELLER by the BUYER.

9. BUYER agrees that all litigation and/or legal action against the SELLER will be filed by the BUYER in Civil Court or appropriate Court in the County of Onondaga, State of New York or the same County as SELLERS business address only.

10. BUYER agrees that upon the initiation of any collection or civil action by the SELLER, the SELLER will hold the BUYER financially liable for the full purchase price contained in the Vending Order Receipt and also all fees and costs directly associated with said collection and/or civil action, including but not limited to Attorney's fees, collection agency fees, court costs and travel expenses.

11. BUYER agrees that the SELLER will seek recovery of any monies due by the BUYER to the SELLER in Civil Court or the appropriate Court in the County of Onondaga, State of New York or the same County as SELLERS current business address.

12. Any payment/deposit retraction, payment/deposit retraction attempt and or failure or refusal to pay any balances due to the SELLER by the BUYER and/or upon any successful civil settlement and/or collection of any monies due to the SELLER by the BUYER, will void any and all outstanding obligations of the SELLER to the BUYER contained in this Agreement and the Vending Order and Receipt and also voids all obligations by the referred Locating Company to the BUYER.

13. SELLER is not liable for any contractual or verbal agreements entered into by the BUYER with merchants, charities or or any persons public or private. BUYER is soley responsible for the undertsanding of local, state and federal government agencies rules and regulations associated with his/her purchase and agrees that the SELLER is not required to inform the BUYER of any such government rules and/or regulations and SELLER relinquishes any and all liability associated with the above vending equipment upon purchase/receipt of said vending equipment by the BUYER.
